U Moe Kyaw received a degree in Mechanical Engineer from Westminster University, London. He returned to Myanmar in 1990 and over the last 16 years has worked extensively in marketing services. Introduced and developed the first yellow pages and set up the first multinational ad agency.
U Aung Min (Associate Director/ Head of BI & SI)
U Aung Min received a M.B.A (1998) from the Yangon Institute of Economics Myanmar,a B.Sc (Maths:) (1979) from the Yangon Arts & Science University, Yangon. He has 24 years services in the military and retired from army in 2004 at the rank of commanding officer. He has prepared more than 100 concept papers related to economic development in Myanmar.
Sabei Aung (AGM – Operations/ Head of Media Insight)
Sabei Aung received a B.Com degree has been with MMRD since it was first established. She has handled database management, processing, and analysis for media and customized research.
U Win Kyi (Consultant – Business Insight)
U Win Kyi received a M.Sc (Economics) from Moscow State University. He has over 30 years service in National Planning and Economic Development and retired at the position of Deputy Director General. He has prepared and edited over 100 papers.
Tinzar Gyaw (Software Developer/ Programmer)
Tinzar Gyaw received a M.C.Sc from the (Institute of Computer Science & Technology). She has been with MMRD since 1999 and has developed database systems for over 60 projects including oversea demands.
